Toxicological Animal Study

Summary

The University of Bonn is procuring an exploratory 14-day repeated-dose oral toxicity and tolerability study of two novel sugar substitutes in rats. The proposed design comprises seven groups and approximately 70 animals. The work includes animal-study procedures, laboratory analyses, study documentation, a final report and necropsy; histopathology, immunohistochemistry and an insulin-response module are optional services.
