Hazardous-material remediation and demolition of Building 2 at Körner Barracks

Summary

The North Rhine-Westphalia construction authority is procuring hazardous-material remediation and demolition of former accommodation building 2 at the Körner Barracks in Aachen, in preparation for new accommodation buildings. The work covers the approximately 3,030 m² gross-floor-area building, including removal and disposal of hazardous materials and demolition, followed by earthworks, backfilling with about 1,000 m³ of gravel, and landscaping of approximately 400 m². The contract is not divided into lots.
