Roof renovation works at Building PRG, FernUniversität Hagen
Summary
Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW Dortmund is procuring roof renovation works for Building PRG at FernUniversität Hagen. The works include about 1,600 m² of protective and working scaffolding, removal and replacement of approximately 600 m² of insulated roof waterproofing and 580 m² of zinc cladding, and installation of about 210 m of freestanding guardrails. The contract is not divided into lots, and the works are scheduled from 5 April to 7 July 2027.
