Framework agreement for plumbing and gas installation works

Summary

ProPotsdam GmbH and the other named Potsdam public housing entities are procuring a multi-supplier framework agreement for maintenance and repair work on plumbing, water, wastewater and gas installations across approximately 18,000 homes, including managed third-party properties. The work includes maintaining, repairing, removing, supplying and installing pipes, valves, sanitary fixtures, gas equipment and water heaters. The estimated scale is about 2,200 orders a year, with an annual repair-work volume of approximately EUR 800,000; the framework runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, and these estimates do not guarantee a minimum volume.
