Ventilated façade for the Behördenhaus Vechta

Summary

Staatliches Baumanagement Region Nord-West is procuring a ventilated façade system for the Behördenhaus Vechta project at Burgstraße 18 in Vechta. The work includes 147 m² of façade insulation, aluminium substructure and 4 mm aluminium composite-panel cladding, together with canopy and roof-edge finishes, corners, parapet and base details, window and door reveals, and cleaning. Site setup, project documentation and limited hourly work are also included; the procurement is not divided into lots.
