Construction of a social building at the municipal works depot

Summary

The City of Plauen is procuring the design, supply and installation of a weather-resistant modular social building at its municipal works depot. The building will include a meeting room, showers, toilets and changing rooms and will be erected on a foundation provided by the buyer. One contract covers the building shell and the contractor’s construction and installation planning; electrical final installation, sanitary fittings, internal doors and wet-room tiling are excluded.
