Energy-efficiency renovation of Villa Kunterbunt daycare centre – Lot 4: Demolition works

Summary

Gemeinde Kabelsketal is procuring demolition and removal works for the energy-efficiency renovation of the Villa Kunterbunt daycare centre, under lot 4. The works include removing flooring, screed, dry-screed elements, wall and ceiling finishes, doors, windows, external thermal insulation and sanitary fittings. The stated quantities include approximately 740 m² of linoleum flooring, 1,760 m² of glass-fibre wallpaper, 930 m² of suspended ceilings, 95 windows and 50 doors.
