Technical Vocational Centre III, Lot 07: JTF project, building alarm system extension and electroacoustic system installation

Summary

The City of Chemnitz is procuring electrical and low-voltage installation works for the Richard Hartmann School’s Technical Vocational Centre III, under a single lot. The works include a 36-module photovoltaic system with an inverter and 19.3 kWh battery storage, about 650 m of cable containment, 3,700 m of electrical cabling, new and replacement lighting, and about 4,000 m of fibre-optic and CAT 7 network cabling. The scope also covers an electroacoustic system with about 360 loudspeakers, an extension of the building alarm system with about 83 manual call points and 265 multi-tone sirens, and about 7,000 m of alarm-system cabling. Works are scheduled from 25 January to 22 October 2027.
