Heating works at Akazienhof (specialist lot 19)

Summary

The City of Dresden is procuring heating works for the renovation and conversion of the Akazienhof into a cultural and neighbourhood centre. The specialist lot covers one 23 kW heat pump, approximately 420 m of insulated welded steel heating pipework up to DN 50, 18 radiators, and underfloor heating across approximately 95 m² using a studded-panel system and 190 m² using a dry system. Four years of maintenance are also included.
