Conversion of a lecture hall into a bat shelter – Lot 1: Demolition works

Summary

The City Administration of Zittau is procuring demolition and disposal works at the former military site on Pistoiaer Weg 5 as part of its revitalisation. The works include clearing the site, removing and disposing of building components and hazardous materials, and demolishing approximately 620 m³ of building structures. The lecture hall is to be retained and prepared with habitat features for bats, so specified structures must not be damaged. The works are scheduled from 23 November 2026 to 27 February 2027.
