Summary
The State of Berlin is procuring refrigeration and split air-conditioning works for the Spandau Tax Office building at Nonnendammallee 21 in Berlin. The work supports and expands four data-technology wiring centres, which will be cooled by split air-conditioning systems; outdoor units will be installed on the flat roof, and condensate pumps will connect to the existing wastewater network. The procurement is not divided into lots.
