Maintenance and repair of alarm systems in the Aachen region, Lot 4.4

Summary

Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW is procuring a framework agreement for technical building management at its properties in the Aachen region, covering lot 4.4: electrical systems, specifically hazard alarm systems. The work includes annual maintenance, inspection and testing, as well as emergency and fault response and repairs. Repairs and call-out work under the second price component are ordered individually, with a general limit of €30,000 per order.
