Coordinated construction works on Gießerstraße, section TA3, in Chemnitz

Summary

Chemnitz’s municipal waste management utility is procuring coordinated sewer and road construction works on Gießerstraße, section TA3, between Hainstraße and Markusstraße. The work includes replacing approximately 65 metres of DN 300 combined sewer and four inspection chambers, renovating about 109 metres of sewer by lining, and renewing or renovating approximately 25 property connection pipes. It also includes approximately 2,500 m² of road and footway construction. The work is not divided into lots and is scheduled from 1 March to 3 December 2027.
