Conversion of Teschner Hall for operational services – Lot 6: structural works

Summary

The City of Markkleeberg is procuring Lot 6 of the conversion of Teschner Hall for operational services. The works include masonry, concrete and reinforced-concrete construction in and around the existing hall, as well as installation of underground service pipes inside it. Key quantities include 465 m² of aerated-concrete blockwork and 110 m² of brick ceiling with a concrete topping. The works are scheduled from 25 January to 2 April 2027.
