Framework agreement for heating installation works

Summary

ProPotsdam GmbH and the other named Potsdam contracting authorities are procuring a framework agreement for heating-system maintenance and repair at their own and managed residential properties. The work includes, among other things, removing, supplying and installing pipes, radiators, valves and insulation, as well as draining, refilling and venting heating systems; labour, call-out services and emergency standby are also covered. The contract covers approximately 18,000 apartments and an estimated 2,500 orders per year from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. The procurement is not divided into lots.
