Booking platform for the BLOCKLINE bike rental network

Summary

The Erzgebirge Tourism Association is procuring the design, development, configuration, implementation and provision of a central booking system for the BLOCKLINE bike and e-bike rental network. The system is to support the complete digital process, from checking availability through reservation and booking to payment, and allow bike transfers to the starting point or collection at the destination to be included in a booking. The contract covers all work packages as one integrated whole and is not divided into lots; the delivery period is 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027.
