Building 21 Lighting Modernisation

Summary

The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks, represented by Building Management Schleswig-Holstein, is procuring lighting modernisation works at a listed, partly representative building at Jürgen-Schumann Barracks in Appen. The project covers approximately 700 m² and includes replacing indoor and outdoor general lighting, renewing nearby bollard lights, restoring emergency-lighting functions and connecting compatible luminaires to the existing centrally monitored safety-lighting system. DALI lighting controls, removal of existing luminaires and commissioning work are also included.
