Installation of designer flooring on Level 0 of the UBFT building

Summary

Universitätsmedizin Göttingen is commissioning the replacement of floor coverings in the East Hall of its main building in Göttingen. The works include removing and disposing of approximately 1,365 m² of existing coverings, preparing the subfloor, and installing approximately 1,150 m² of Amtico designer flooring, 175 m² of Loft Oak designer flooring and 40 m² of entrance matting, together with associated skirting and sealant work. The bill of quantities also includes 20 hours of skilled labour and 40 hours of night-work allowance. The procurement is not divided into lots.
