Relocation of pipelines and empty conduits at Sterkrade Police Station

Summary

Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW is commissioning preliminary construction works at the police property on Wilhelmplatz 2 in Oberhausen. The works include rerouting existing pipelines, installing empty conduits for a temporary power connection and a future illuminated camera mast, drainage works, vegetation clearance, partial wall demolition, and construction of a new access with fencing and a gate. The contract also covers a camera mast and foundation, site setup, reinstatement and as-built documentation.
