Painting and skim-coating works

Summary

Fraunhofer is procuring painting, skim-coating, surface preparation, repair, and related insulation and plastering works for the new House D research building at its IESE site in Kaiserslautern. The work covers concrete, masonry, and plasterboard walls and ceilings, stair and landing balustrades, steel doors and frames, and external thermal insulation in the delivery shaft. The bill of quantities includes, among other items, approximately 3,867 m² of concrete wall painting, 2,962 m² of concrete ceiling painting, and 1,919 m² of plasterboard wall painting; no lots are specified.
