Staatliches Baumanagement Region Nord-West is procuring the fabrication and installation of steelwork for the roof-level technical plant room of the first construction phase of the medical laboratory and office building at Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg. The works include the structural steel frame and bracing, a free-spanning visible beam, supports and connections, and approximately 635 m² of trapezoidal steel-sheet roof decking, including associated openings, trims and fire-protection profile fillers. The scope also includes workshop and erection planning, documentation and limited hourly work. The procurement is not divided into lots.
