TU Dresden is procuring construction works at the GRI conference centre on Schlossinsel Grillenburg in Tharandt. The works include site grading and earthworks, excavation for new buildings, soil management, rehabilitation of Dam 3, and construction of utility routes 1–3. The works are to be carried out in coordinated phases from November 2026 to October 2027.
