Climate-control works at BSZ III Richard-Hartmann School

Summary

The City of Chemnitz is procuring climate-control works for lot 6 at BSZ III Richard-Hartmann School, Annaberger Str. 186/188, Chemnitz. The works include supplying and installing five air-cooled outdoor units and 14 indoor units, approximately 280 m of insulated copper refrigerant piping, approximately 60 m of plastic trunking, approximately 45 m of condensate drainage, about 13 core drillings, and electrical installation. Three existing outdoor units and 12 indoor units must be dismantled and disposed of. The planned execution period is 15 February to 22 August 2027.
