Altchemnitzer Straße, phase 4 – works between Lothringer Straße and the Südbahnhof roundabout

Summary

The City of Chemnitz is procuring road resurfacing works for the fourth construction phase of Altchemnitzer Straße, between Lothringer Straße and the Südbahnhof roundabout. The single-lot works include milling and replacing asphalt layers, applying bitumen emulsion, installing tactile guidance paving and concrete edge-strip slabs, and applying approximately 145 m of longitudinal road marking. The works are scheduled from 26 July to 20 August 2027.
