Demolition of the former textile factory site, four building sections and chimney

Summary

Gemeinde Großschönau is procuring demolition and disposal works at the former textile factory site at David-Goldberg-Straße 27. The works cover four building sections and a chimney, including the demolition and disposal of approximately 9,300 m³ of buildings and 400 tonnes of chimney masonry, removal of roofing materials, asbestos-containing materials and other construction waste, and sowing 1,200 m² of lawn. The contract is not divided into lots and is scheduled to run from 23 November 2026 to 18 June 2027.
