Drive-through garage steelwork at Teicha

Summary

The Saxony State Reservoir Administration, Spree/Neiße operation, is procuring the construction of a freestanding drive-through garage at the Teicha site. The single-lot contract covers approximately 17.3 tonnes of steel structure, trapezoidal-sheet roof and wall cladding, and the associated steelwork and installation plans and structural calculations. The garage will measure approximately 18.25 × 18.00 metres and be built on existing reinforced-concrete plinths; foundation and plinth construction is excluded. Work is scheduled from 16 December 2026 to 9 April 2027.
