Summary

The City of Lugau is procuring heating, ventilation and plumbing works for the energy-efficient renovation and extension of its municipal depot at Obere Hauptstraße 26a. The scope includes a 20 kW air-to-water heat pump, heating distribution and underfloor heating, a heat-recovery ventilation unit, sanitary fixtures, and associated heating, drinking-water and wastewater pipework. The works are scheduled from 11 January to 29 October 2027; no design services are included.
