Verge and ditch mowing (mulching) in the Leipzig Forest District, 2027–2029

Summary

Staatsbetrieb Sachsenforst is procuring mowing (mulching) of forest-road verges and ditches in the Leipzig Forest District under a multi-year framework agreement running until 31 December 2029. Lot 1 covers Collm, Wermsdorf and Horstsee; Lot 2 covers Colditz, Waldmühle and Muldental. For each type of work, the estimated simple route length is 42,300–84,600 m in Lot 1 and 56,040–71,300 m in Lot 2; work is scheduled for 15 August–15 September 2027. Verges and ditches are worked on both sides, and ditch mowing covers both the inner and outer sides.
