Façade works – refurbishment of ventilated façades

Summary

The Land of Berlin is procuring façade refurbishment at seven largely identical buildings at an open-custody prison in Berlin. The work covers the ventilated façade sections on buildings A, B, D, E, F, G and H: scaffolding, removal of damaged fibre-cement panels, insulation and substructure, and reinstatement using asbestos-free fibre-cement panels. The buildings will be treated in sequence; the overall works are planned to take approximately 12 months. The procurement is not divided into lots.
