Extended shell construction works

Summary

degewo City Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH is procuring extended shell construction and renovation works for the four-storey, listed former Stralauer Glashütte administration building at Alt-Stralau 63–65 in Berlin. The single, unlottted contract covers demolition and hazardous-material remediation, masonry and basement-floor works, scaffolding, interior and exterior insulation and plastering, brick and rendered façade repairs, waterproofing, drylining, chimney works, corrosion protection, and installation or relocation of bird and bat nesting boxes. The works are scheduled from 8 January 2027 to 23 February 2028.
