Tiling works for the Kirschgarten Phase 1 buildings

Summary

Wohn+Stadtbau GmbH is procuring wall and floor tiling works for two construction projects in the first phase of the Kirschgarten development in Münster-Handorf: a refugee accommodation building at Wiggersbusch 40 and two duplex houses, each containing three rental apartments, at Wiggersbusch 42–48. The work includes preparing and waterproofing surfaces, installing wall and floor tiles, and associated tiling details such as shower falls, skirting, reveals and window sills. The two project sections will be commissioned and accounted for separately; the procurement is not divided into lots.
