Roof waterproofing works for the new administration building at Straelen Customs Office

Summary

The Federal Agency for Real Estate (BImA), represented by BLB NRW, is procuring roof and structural waterproofing works for the new administration building at the Straelen customs office. The works include approximately 949 m² of roof covering and insulation, including an extensive green roof of about 825.5 m² and installation of a photovoltaic mounting system, as well as roof drainage, downpipes, parapets, fall protection and the canopy roof. The scope also includes waterproofing the foundation slab and floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, hourly-rate works as required, and project documentation. The procurement is not divided into lots.
