Summary

The Medical University of Lausitz – Carl Thiem is procuring construction and installation works for the sanitary, ventilation, cooling and building-automation systems serving the library on the east side of Level 1 in Building 7 in Cottbus. The scope includes wastewater and drinking-water pipework, ventilation ducts and outlets, cooling-water piping and fan coil equipment, automation controls and associated dismantling and documentation. A price offer is also requested for a possible four-year maintenance arrangement; entering into that arrangement is not guaranteed. The procurement is not divided into lots.
