Renovation of the East Pier at Eckernförde Naval Base

Summary

The tender covers steel and hydraulic engineering repairs and renewal works on the East Pier at Eckernförde Naval Base to extend the structure’s remaining service life. The works include installing approximately 38 tonnes of pile reinforcement, repairing about 50 tonnes of perforation damage in the wave protection wall, carrying out sectional repairs along approximately 700 metres of the wall’s waling, and renewing 188 m² of wall in Block 10. In addition, 31 core-drilling holes on the seaward and harbour sides must be sealed, and 24 lower base plates for lamp posts must be replaced.
