Painting and filling works for the daycare centre at Lortzingstraße 8–10

Summary

The tender covers interior finishing works for a new daycare centre at Lortzingstraße 8–10 in Nuremberg: preparing and protecting surfaces, repairing plaster and concrete, applying Q3-grade filler, painting walls and ceilings, and installing epoxy floor coatings and joint sealants. The work includes, among other items, 1,550 m² of filling, 2,200 m² of wall painting and 120 m² of epoxy floor coating. Painted surfaces must be white, RAL 9010, with wet-scrub resistance class 2. The planned work period is from 1 December 2026 to 14 May 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 09:10 on 22 October 2026.
