Windows and External Doors for the Uffeln Primary School Extension

Summary

The tender covers the fabrication, supply and installation of windows, window sills, internal and external doors, internal glazed elements and external motorised venetian blinds for the after-school care and canteen extension at Uffeln Primary School. The work also includes glazing, sealing, fixings, workshop and installation drawings, and structural calculations. The windows include aluminium units with triple thermal glazing; the glazed, insulated external doors must be suitable for escape routes. The scope also includes electrically operated opening window sections and the other listed accessories. Workshop and installation drawings must be completed and sent to the client’s design team by calendar week 47 of 2026. The binding execution period is from 1 February to 12 March 2027, with a planned working period of six weeks. The offer must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 29 October 2026; price is the sole award criterion. The bidder must submit the required declarations and construction tax-withholding exemption certificate with its offer and meet the stated turnover, reference, workforce and technical conditions.
