Water main and road construction between Remmesweiler and Niederlinxweiler

Summary

The contract covers construction of a water main between Remmesweiler and Niederlinxweiler in the city of St. Wendel, together with restoration of roads and a cycle path. The works include installing approximately 145 m of DN 80, 2,510 m of DN 150 and 66 m of DN 200 ductile-iron water pipe, 16 fire hydrants, shut-off valves and other connection fittings, pressure-reducing valves, and a pressure-reducing structure. The work also includes restoring about 390 m of road within the built-up area and 615 m of cycle path outside it. Bidders must demonstrate comparable experience, sufficient labour and relevant registrations; required subcontracted work and subcontractors must be identified in the bid. Bidders must also address the applicable exclusion grounds and certify compliance with EU sanctions against Russia.
