Summary

Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes is procuring temporary fencing for construction sections 2+3 of the A8 expansion in Ulm, West-Ulm and Elchingen. The works include protective fencing, bat guidance and collision-protection fences, and amphibian protection fencing. They also include a sample section for approval, a stability calculation and construction drawings; bat fences are specified at heights of 3.0 m and 2.5 m, including along construction chainage 47+550–48+000.
