Tender detail
Drilling and construction of a firefighting water well in Werbellin
Summary
The tender is for constructing a firefighting water well in the Am Dorfteich area of Werbellin, in the municipality of Schorfheide. The works include exploratory and main drilling to a depth of up to 47 m, installation of the well casing and filters, geological investigations, pumping tests, earthworks and paving, and the supply and installation of a submersible pump and its electrical equipment. The completed well must provide a flow rate of 800 litres per minute, or 48 m³/h, for two hours. If the required output cannot be achieved based on the exploratory drilling or pumping test, the contracting authority may end the works at that stage; the contractor will not be entitled to compensation for general or construction overheads or lost profits. Bidders must take account of the requirement for the executing company to hold DVGW W 120 certification and for the drilling rig operator on site to have a qualification certificate. The bid deadline is 30 October 2026 at 09:59, and bids must be submitted electronically. One main bid is permitted, variants are not allowed, and price is the sole award criterion.
