Conversion of street lighting to LED luminaires

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, in a single lot, of two types of LED streetlights (Mini and Midi) and separately priced pole adapters or flanges for upgrading street lighting in Auerbach. Mini is intended for residential and local roads, while Midi is intended for main roads. Installation, civil works and disposal costs are excluded unless expressly agreed otherwise. Bids must cover both luminaire types. Each must meet strict technical minimum requirements, including a system warranty of at least 5 years, impact resistance of at least IK10, wireless configuration, luminous efficacy of at least 140 lm/W, a maintenance factor of at least 0.74 and C5 corrosion protection. Mini must deliver 5,400–6,000 lm at no more than 40 W; Midi must deliver 13,000–15,000 lm at no more than 105 W. The luminaires must meet the specified lighting classes for the roads and pedestrian areas. Evaluation weights price at 35%, technical quality at 55% and design at 10%. For technical and design criteria, the lower-performing of the two offered types determines the score. The bid must include a completed and signed self-declaration and a technical data sheet with a dimensioned drawing for each type. The documents contain conflicting quantities: the overview and price form specify 37 Mini and 26 Midi units, whereas the type-specific technical sections specify 31 and 21 respectively. The quantities should be checked against the official tender documents before submitting a bid.
