Scaffolding for the New Social Wing and Sports Halls

Summary

The contract covers the erection, hire and dismantling of scaffolding for construction of a new school social wing and renovation of two sports halls in Wolfsburg. The works include approximately 400 m² of façade scaffolding, indoor scaffolding measuring 2,600 m³ for the sports hall and 1,800 m³ for the gymnastics hall, scaffold stair towers, internal guardrails and protective catch scaffolding. Scaffolding must meet the standards specified for the relevant work, including DIN EN 12810-1 and DIN EN 12811-1, and load class 4 (3 kN/m²) where specified. The schedule provides for façade scaffolding to be erected from 3 to 8 February 2027 and dismantled from 28 May to 3 June 2027; indoor hall scaffolding is to be erected from 16 February to 2 March and dismantled from 16 to 29 July 2027. The bidder must submit a priced offer with the required cost-calculation information, include a qualified site supervisor, and have a suitable, German-speaking foreman present during working hours. Participation requires the specified declarations and, where requested, evidence concerning turnover, previous experience, staffing, registrations and other suitability requirements.
