EKZ project earthworks, paving and surface-water drainage works

Summary

The tender covers external earthworks, paving and surface-water drainage for the EKZ project at AGAPLESION Diakonieklinikum Rotenburg. The work includes lifting and storing approximately 100 m² of paving, grading and recompacting 350 m² of existing sub-base, installing 80 m of concrete kerbs and reinstating 400 m² of concrete block paving. It also includes laying approximately 35 m of plastic drainage pipe, installing three road gullies and constructing a surface-water retention facility with a capacity of about 4 m³. The work will be carried out while the hospital remains in operation. Work is due to start in December 2026 or January 2027 and finish in February or March 2027. Bids must be submitted in German by 3 November 2026 at 09:45. Price is the sole award criterion. The contract is not divided into lots; alternative bids and multiple main bids are not permitted.
