Blue Band – Creation of an aquatic landscape at Landegge (M24)

Summary

The tender concerns ecological development of the Ems floodplain in the Landegge area of Haren. The contractor will create still waters connected and unconnected to the Ems, realign approximately 880 m of summer dike, shape around 2 hectares of wet meadow, widen a ditch over approximately 140 m, connect a water body to the old Ems, and build a construction road for transporting soil. The works also involve extensive excavation, movement, reuse on site and removal of soil; some excavated material will become the contractor’s property. The bid must include the priced bill of quantities and required declarations. It must be submitted electronically by 10:00 on 15 October 2026. Work must start within 10 days of contract award and finish by 15 January 2027. Price is the sole award criterion.
