Municipal tractor for the municipal depot

Summary

The tender is for a replacement municipal tractor for Flecken Adelebsen’s depot, to operate the municipality’s existing winter-maintenance and other attachments. The tractor, including transport, registration and instruction for depot staff, must be delivered to the Adelebsen depot by 30 July 2027. The bid must include a technical brochure and product data sheets and describe the proposed machine. The tractor must have a four-cylinder diesel engine rated at 115–120 hp, a displacement of at least 3,500 cc, a maximum speed of 40 km/h and an overall width no greater than 1.60 m. The cab must provide at least 105 cm of clear space above the occupied driver’s seat, and there must be no transmission tunnel or similar obstruction restricting footwell movement. Other requirements include continuously variable hydrostatic drive, hydraulics delivering at least 105 l/min, front and rear lifts rated at least 2.6 tonnes and 3 tonnes respectively, and compatibility with the attachments listed in the tender. The supplier must provide 24-hour breakdown support during winter maintenance. The workshop must be within 60 km or one hour’s drive of Adelebsen, and the tractor must be restored to service within 24 hours or a replacement tractor must be provided. Five criteria each carry 20% of the evaluation: service arrangements, cab dimensions and usability, quality and equivalence, manufacturer’s warranty, and price including VAT and the warranty. Workshops for people with disabilities receive a 15% evaluation bonus. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 11:00 on 13 October 2026. Alternative bids are permitted for the entire requirement, but their equivalence must be demonstrated.
