The tender covers plastering works for the major renovation of Wing D at Vechta Women’s Prison, An der Propstei 10. The work includes cleaning and priming masonry, installing plaster mesh and metal plaster supports, repairing cracks and wall chases, insulating window reveals, and applying single- and two-coat lime-cement plaster. The bill of quantities includes, among other items, preparation and priming of 2,020 m² of walls, a range of plastering and repair tasks, and 40 hours each of skilled-worker and construction-helper labour. The building is listed, and the prison will remain operational. All workers are subject to police checks, and the prison decides who is granted access. Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00–17:00; work may exceptionally continue until 19:00 with prior coordination. The offer must be submitted electronically through the procurement platform by 20 October 2026 at 09:00. Price is the sole award criterion, and compliant alternative offers are permitted. Work must begin within 12 working days after the contracting authority’s instruction, expected by the end of November 2026, and be ready for acceptance no later than the last working day of calendar week 2 of 2027. The offer must include the priced bill of quantities, a pricing-calculation form, an eligibility declaration or prequalification register number, the sanctions declaration and the required timber-products declaration. A subcontractor list and consortium declaration are required where applicable. Prices must be stated separately for each work item, and the tender documents must not be altered.
