Electrical installation works at Heiligenstadt town hall
Summary
The procurement covers the strong-current and low-current electrical installation at the Heiligenstadt town hall. The works include a main distribution board and five sub-distribution boards, approximately 6,700 m of cables, 55 floor boxes and 370 connection sockets; earthing and equipotential bonding with approximately 1,000 m of cable; 345 lights of various types and around 70 emergency lights. The works also include two 22 kW electric-vehicle charging stations and two e-bike charging points; alarm and fire detection systems with smoke and heat detectors; data and blind-control systems; and lightning protection with approximately 560 m of air-termination and down-conductor systems and a 180 m stainless-steel foundation earth electrode. The works must be completed by 31 August 2027 and begin no later than 14 working days after receipt of the order. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 16 October 2026 at 10:30. The contract is not divided into lots, variants are not permitted, and price is the only award criterion. If the contract value is at least EUR 250,000 excluding VAT, a performance security of 5% of the contract value including VAT, excluding variations, is required. The security for defect claims is 3% of the interim payments at acceptance. Bidders must submit the required suitability evidence and the declaration required under Thuringian procurement law.
