Upgrading the locking system at Zwönitz Gymnasium to SimonsVoss

Summary

The contract covers upgrading the locking system at Matthes-Enderlein Gymnasium in Zwönitz and integrating it with the existing SimonsVoss system. To ensure compatibility, all supplied components must be manufactured by SimonsVoss. The works include 79 digital Euro-profile double-knob cylinders, 28 cylinders with panic function and 52 Comfort cylinders, cylinder extensions and weatherproof versions, 130 programmable transponders, a fire-service transponder, a programming device, software and a key. The contractor must also remove 48 Opertis locking units, install authority-profile mortise locks, install the software on the client’s computer, commission the system and train the client. The contract has one lot, alternative bids are not permitted, and the work must be completed by 30 November 2026. Bids must be submitted in German, either electronically through evergabe.de or in writing. The submission deadline is 20 October 2026 at 13:00. Bidders must provide a suitability self-declaration and the required price-calculation forms. The stated securities include a performance guarantee of 5% for contracts of at least EUR 250,000 excluding VAT, and a defects guarantee whose amount and calculation depend on the contract sum and final account.
