Comprehensive rehabilitation of the Quitzdorf reservoir and modernisation of the bar-screen cleaning system at Kollm pumping station

Summary

The contract covers works at the Quitzdorf reservoir and Kollm pumping station to provide a bar-screen cleaning system. The contractor must prepare workshop drawings for the screen fields, cleaning system and conveyor; manufacture new screen fields and connect them to the existing installation; supply and install the cleaning system, including hydraulic units and control cabinets, and the conveyor; build the necessary foundations; and provide maintenance or a maintenance agreement. The conveyor must be designed for a loading height of 0.75 m. The procurement is not divided into lots. Bids must be submitted in German on paper by 20 October 2026 at 10:00. The planned works period is 11 December 2026 to 30 November 2027; the actual start may depend on equipment delivery times. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must provide suitability information and the three required references. The performance security is 5% of the gross contract value and the defects-liability security is 3% of the gross settlement amount; the defects-liability period is five years.
