Excavator-mounted compactor and primary pulverizer

Summary

The procurement covers one new excavator-mounted compactor and one new primary pulverizer. The primary pulverizer must be compatible with a Caterpillar CAT M336 crawler excavator and its auxiliary hydraulic system, and must be delivered fully assembled, operational and ready for use with the connections, hoses, quick couplings, adapters and other accessories needed for operation. It must be a rotatable pulverizer for primary and secondary demolition, with 360-degree rotation, replaceable wear parts, a CW45S mounting plate, and the hose set and quick couplings required to connect it to the CAT 336. Minimum specifications are an excavator class of 32–50 tonnes, jaw depth of at least 820 mm, jaw width of at least 1,300 mm, closing force of at least 1,900 kN, primary cutter crushing force of at least 5,000 kN, upper jaw width of at least 350 mm and lower jaw width of at least 590 mm, and cutting blade length of at least 200 mm. The bidder must provide technical data sheets demonstrating all required specifications and evidence of compatibility with the CAT M336. Equivalent products are permitted if they meet the technical requirements and compatibility is demonstrated. Net turnover must be at least EUR 280,000 in each of the last three financial years. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23 October 2026 at 10:00; price is the sole award criterion.
