Procurement of a mobile wastewater pump

Summary

The City of Ibbenbüren is seeking a mobile wastewater pumping system: a self-priming rotary lobe pump capable of dry running, with controls, a diesel generator rated at least 40 kVA and a trailer with a permitted gross weight of up to 3.5 tonnes. The equipment is intended for pumping wastewater and sludge, temporarily bypassing pumping stations, supporting construction works and responding to hazards during heavy rainfall. The main pump must meet these operating points: 50 m³/h at 4 bar, 145 m³/h at 3 bar and 200 m³/h at 2 bar. The package also includes a replaceable second pump, hoses, automation, remote monitoring and trailer equipment. The supplier must deliver and install the equipment, train at least three staff members and provide complete documentation. The tender documents state a binding delivery period of 100 working days from the order; the project overview also describes delivery as 100 days, so the discrepancy should be checked with the contracting authority. The bid must include the offer letter and a completed, priced bill of quantities. Price is the only award criterion.
